The tasks that the Brussels event Finance WG was responsible for:
- Suggest overall budget for the event. Working from that, formulating suggested ticket price, sponsorship options, and logistical costs.
- Generating revenue
- Approving expenses on Parcel for crypto and on Open Collective for fiat
- Overseeing balance sheet (where we keep track of all incoming and outgoing finances)
- Coordinape rounds (or other community rewards)
- Tokenomics and hosting conversations about contributor rewards, working closely with the facilitators WG
- Nurturing our sponsors and keeping overview of sponsorship agreements
